Our core analytics technology development was supported by a dozen of government contracts. The DoD and NASA contracts included collaborations with Stanford, GE, Boeing, Lockheed, Honeywell, United Technologies, and MITRE.

Our mission is to make the developed technology and knowledge broadly available through consulting and services in analytical data processing. Mitek Analytics developed Analytics Engines to provide easy access to this knowledge and allow its integration into third party software applications. Thanks to the Bayh-Dole act, Mitek Analytics has full commercial rights in the technology.

The government contract projects completed by Mitek Analytics include

Reliability analytics for US Air Force. Predictive analytics train reliability models based on the usage and maintenance actions for repairable components of a fleet of aircraft over ten years of operation. Prescriptive analytics deliver value by identifying “bad actors” at both system and component level and targeting maintenance actions; the results are cost savings and increased system availability.

Aircraft flight recorder data analytics in NASA Aviation Safety Program. One 5-year project developed algorithms in collaboration with the Stanford optimization group. Another multi-year project included collaboration with FAA-funded MITRE center and NASA ARC Data Mining group. The developed analytics software was demonstrated for a million of flight records (10Tb) of airline operational data.

Jet engines analytics for Air Force. Analytics for data collected from military engines were developed in a multi-year project in collaboration with GE Aviation. Another project was collaboration with United Technologies.

Open architecture for Integrated Vehicle Health Management (IVHM) and analytics testbed software. This multi-year project in collaboration with GE, Boeing, and Honeywell was an integrative OT/IT effort for a NASA program consisting of a few dozens of individual projects.

Analytics for NASA Exploration Program systems including Ares 5 launch vehicle and automated docking system for Orion capsule.
